At no surprise to anyone, I didn't get to all of the 2015 releases that I wanted to read last year. So here's a list that I didn't get to yet, but I still really want to.

1. Queen of Shadows by Sarah J. Maas
2. The Game of Life and Death by Martha Brockenbrough
3. The Sword of Summer by Rick Riordan
4. Black Dove, White Raven by Elizabeth Wein
5. The Wrath and the Dawn by Renee Ahdieh
6. Radiance by Catherynne M. Valente
7. The Uninvited by Cat Winters
8. Velvet Undercover by Teri Brown
9. Black Widow: Forever Red by Margret Stohl
10. Da Vinci's Tiger by L.M. Elliot
I've heard some really interesting things about Da Vinci's Tiger, it's looking increasingly like something that might be a really neat to read.
ReplyDeleteIt has a really interesting premise;it has the potential to be really great.

I forgot about The Uninvited. It looks really intriguing. I hope that you manage to get around to these books. :-)

OMG, The Sword of Summer is so good! I cannot wait for the next Magnus book this fall! I'm also looking forward to The Game of Love and Death; I love its cover! Happy reading! :D
ReplyDeleteI'm glad to hear you enjoyed it! I really want to get around to it but there are just too many books! Love and Death sounds really cool.

I have the Rick Riordan book on my Kindle, but have yet to read it. I have loved the Percy Jackson books and suspect I'll like this series too. I mean - Norse gods? Yes!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like it will be really fun, and I don't know a whole lot about Norse mythology so there will be lots of learning involved!
DeleteThanks for stopping by Kay!
Oh, Black Widow- I never did get to that one. I was so anxious for it to come out too. I need to read that and the new Riordan book as well- another one I missed. Hope you get to these soon!
ReplyDeleteToo many books came out in the past year!

I only recently started hearing about Da Vinci's Tiger, but it sounds so good! If you've been reading the Throne of Glass series, you definitely need to pick up Queen of Shadows - the series just keeps getting better.
ReplyDeleteI was wanting to pick of Queen of Shadows over break, but didn't get to it. I want to reread Heir of Fire first because so much happened in that book, and I can hardly remember any of it!
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
The Sword of Summer was also on my list this week!

Great list, Mallory! I've heard wonderful things about The Game of Love and Death, and I'd really like to check out Radiance. I hope you manage to get to these this year! :)
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you've heard good things about Love and Death! I haven't come across too many reviews of it. Radiance looks really cool, and the cover is beautiful.

You have several here that are still on my TBR as well. I love the variety of books that you read BTW. I don't stick to any one genre either.
ReplyDeleteThanks! I love to read from all genres, there's so much to experience in the book world!

I really loved Elizabeth Wein so I think Black Dove, White Raven will be great!
