I mentioned last week that I was making some blog changes, but I wasn't quite happy with how they were turning out, well I am very pleased with what I have now, and have a few more changes to look into making! Other than that, not much is new as usual. I had a great reading week, so let's get into that.
What I Read:
This week I finished The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon. Which I enjoyed thoroughly (review below) and I reread Bridget Jones' Diary by Helen Fielding, which of course I loved as well.
Currently Reading:
I have just started a new classic on audiobook off of my Classics and Rereads 2015 List (which I am way behind on)- Tess of the D'Urbervilles by Thomas Hardy. I have never read any Hardy before, but I know he can be kind of dry. I have wanted to read this one forever, and decided to make it happen this year when I received the newest BBC mini-series adaptation of the novel for Christmas. Don't worry, I will be sharing my thoughts on both the book and mini-series once I have completed them. I have also started Marcus Sedgwick's newest release. Ghosts of Heaven which I am excited to read as I love Sedgwick.
What I Bought:
Station Eleven, Emily St. John Mandel
Found an autographed copy at my local bookstore!
Lost in a Good Book, Jasper Fforde
Sequel to The Eyre Affair
This series looks really great and I'm hoping to get to it soon!
Monday- I started off the week with some Mini-Reviews
Tuesday- I posted a TTT on The Last Ten Books That Came Into My Life
Wednesday- I reviewed The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon
Thursday- I did another Just Added post, this one about biographies
Last Week's Wrap-Up
What's Next:
I will be sharing my thoughts on my reread of Bridget Jones, participating in Top Ten Tuesday, starting a new little reoccurring post on adaptations, and maybe discussing what is on my TBR shelf.

I honestly haven't heard about these books. But I guess that is a good thing, right? It's always nice to come across books I haven't heard of! I hope you enjoy them all.

I enjoyed Bridget Diary (the movie), haven't read the book but I imagine it's quite funny. :) And stati Eleven I definitely want to read- I think I'm going to get to it next month. Heard so many things...

I also enjoyed reading Bridget Jones's Diary although I typically don't like chick-lit. The movie was fun, but as is often the case, the book was better. Hope you enjoy your new books.
